The United States Department of Revenue engaged our team to concept and produce a creative, multi-touch direct-response campaign – supported through awareness radio advertising – that could be localized across eight different states. The goal was to raise awareness of free hiring services provided by each state’s Workforce program and to position those services as competitive with paid-staffing solutions in the business verticals of light manufacturing, big-box retail, commercial construction, and business office services. To achieve this goal, we positioned government professionals as superheroes coming to the rescue of businesses in need.
